PKR is certainly my favourite site online, and there are several reasons for this. Firstly, I enjoy the community spirit on the forums, all players seem friendly and helpful, and there is a forum league running too.

There is an online store at PKR too which offers some great value merchandise. Many sites will offer the chance to use FPP’s to purchase poker merchandise from an online store, but I particularly like the array of equipment on offer at PKR.

The third point to be made is probably the one which immediately made PKR stand out from other poker rooms in my opinion. Visually, the site is stunning, with 3D characters which are completely yours to customize as you please.

You can make these characters talk, move, and gesticulate whilst playing at the tables, and you can also see when other players check their hole cards. This creates a much more enjoyable experience of playing in my opinion, but it is not the only area in which PKR excels.

Transaction security and speed I have always found to be very good too, and support is of a good standard.
It used to be the case that PKR’s weakness was a lack of options in game choice, as they only offered Omaha high, and Texas Holdem. Recently, Omaha hi/lo has been added which shows that this is a poker room that understands the few areas where it needs to improve, and strives to do so.
